Dacor Warranty Process

Contact Dacor Customer Support

Once you notice a problem with your Dacor appliance contact Dacor customer service so that they can assist you with your concerns. Some problems are very minor and can be corrected over the phone by technical support. More complex problems require dispatching a technican to your location. The customer service department will create a service ticket and send that ticket to us.

Complete Repair

Our technician will reach out before the appointment and give an ETA. Once the technician responds he will respect your home by removing his/her shoes or applying shoe covers. Protective blankets will be applied to floors and work areas to prevent damage to the customers property. The technician will go over his course of action for the repair and get any nessesary information they need about the appliance.  Once the repair is complete the technician will conclude his work and show the customer that the appliance is fixed.

Schedule Repair with FHS

When we receive the warranty ticket from Dacor we will contact you within 48 hrs. to schedule an appointment for one of our technicans to come out to your location and perform the repairs. Parts will be dispatched from Dacor customer service to either you the customer or to our shop. We offer extremely flexible scheduling that can accommodate anyones schedule.

Provide Info & Ask For Review Of Service

Once the repair is complete, their is no other communications needed from the customer to Dacor. We handle everything with Dacor from the time we receive the ticket. Our technician will discuss any tech tips with the customer to get better performance out of the unit or to prevent issues in the future.
