APPLIANCE REPAIR PROCESS

Schedule Appointment

Contact our office and schedule a same day appliance diagnostic appointment. We offer appointments to accomedate any customers schedule. (We advise our customers to be at the specified location during the entire appt time window so that a missed appointment is not incurred.) When scheduling an appointment please advise us of any special instructions to assist the responding technician. (Gate codes, entry door, available parking, contact at a specific time before appt and etc.)

Complete Repair

Our technician will perform the repair by removing the old failing part and installing the new OEM part in its place. Once the appliance is back together the technician will perform a series of mechanical & electronic testing to ensure everything is working properly.

Perform Advanced Diagnostics

Once the technician arrives at your location, he will ask you a series of questions about your broken appliance and start his diagnostic process. When the problem is found the tech will inform you of his findings. If the solution to your broken appliance is replacing a common part the tech will go over pricing to complete the repair using parts from his work van. If the part needed for the repair is a specialty part, one of our office staff will have to locate the part. Once the part is located our office staff will call to discuss pricing and appointment availablity to complete the repair. Our usual speciality part repairs have a 1-3 day turn around with most repairs completed the same day.
